We're Hiring an People And Programs Manager

Position is part time, approximately 20 hours a week, 4 days a week, with some scheduling flexibility.  

The People and Programs Manager recruits, trains, and works with volunteers and churches and manages key Love INC programs that mobilize volunteers to minister to those in need.

Typical tasks include:

  • Leading and facilitating the volunteer journey with Love INC, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and celebrating volunteers. 
  • Onboarding and developing "church champions" (key church liaisons)
  • With the clearinghouse manager, developing and growing Gap Ministries (under served areas of need) within churches.  
  • Coordinating with the Clearinghouse Manager and Executive Director on the development of Transformational Ministries (development classes for those in need)
  • With the Executive Director, developing volunteers for specific fundraising tasks.
